THE BURNT FILM collection (2026)
The burnt film collection is a triptych of black-comedy shorts directed by Jackson, in collaboration with Director of photography and co-writer, Jasper Bush, starring Ren Williams and Daniel Fryar Calabro. The films each explore different worlds and genres, while tackling themes of self-identity.
'Veramor's inferno' follows journalist, anne rivers, as she interviews the mysterious and ominous, veramor. however, even the wit and tenacity of anne rivers couldn't have prepared her for waht she'd find.
'mime and genie' throws us into the middle of some severe communication issues between a mime and a genie. Genie just needs to find out what mime wishes for, but he just can't seem to find the words.
in 'burn' we find ourselves in 2009, with isaac swan, a video pirate struggling to come to terms with the fact that, while he wouldn't still a car or a tv, piracy is stealing.
